Mr. Rahman has 40 years of combined experience with SAR Engineering, Inc. and other engineering firms where his experience has included providing Project Management, Scheduling, Cost Estimating, and Quality Control.

Michael Cotter recently joined SAR Engineering, Inc. and has been working in the industry for over 20 years. His experience includes engineering, facility design, construction management, preparation of drawings and specifications, bid evaluations, cost estimating, supervision of project personnel, economic and feasibility studies. Responsibilities have also included the design of electrical systems using medium and low voltage substations, motor control centers, variable frequency drives, diesel and gas generators, heat tracing, building lighting, lighting protection, fire alarm, and security systems in a variety of projects. Examples include industrial manufacturing facilities, water and wastewater treatment plants, bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, research laboratories, institutional facilities, correctional facilities, municipal facilities, airport facilities, office facilities, public works garages, and pump stations.
